Debra uses a combination of psychodynamic, cognitive/behavioral, and relationship-based therapies specifically tailored to the personality styles and goals of each individual or couple. She uses a holistic approach, incorporating both the mind and the body in her evaluations and teachings. She may recommend hypnotherapy if she feels it would be helpful.

As a results-oriented therapist, Debra’s first goal is to provide some immediate relief. She then works with her clients by helping them explore their own inner wisdom and learn how to use it to gain insight and develop new tools. She uses her broad experience to help her clients become more self-assured and more empowered so that they can make the changes they want to improve the quality of their lives.
